Requests for Proposals:

The Ărramăt Project is supporting Indigenous-led Place-Based Projects for our second phase in 2025-2026. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is open to members of the Ărramăt Team and requires that an Indigenous Government/Organization/Leader have a leading role in the project. This application form asks for information about the purpose, approach, and outcomes of a proposed project and how the project is related to the spirit and purpose of the Ărramăt Project. We will begin accepting project applications on October 1, 2024.

Please refer to the Indigenous-led Place-Based Project Application Guidelines (below) for further supporting information for developing your application.

We appreciate the effort and time it will take to answer each question; all this information is important to our ability to administer the funding, support you and your project as well as meet the requirements of the funding agency.

Past recipients of funding will be eligible for this next phase, once their phase 1 research is complete, and all required project reporting is submitted and approved.

Ărramăt Guidelines for Developing Proposals for Indigenous-Led Place-Based Projects (2025-2026):

The above documents are available to assist our Team members with their applications. These documents reflect our central ambition as leaders and members of the Ărramăt family: to ensure that Indigenous systems, knowledges, and expertise are elevated in research and action for the benefit of Mother Earth. They are intended to support Indigenous organizations/governments/leaders from the Ărramăt Team seeking to build research teams and develop projects that address the core research questions of the Ărramăt Project.
